All online orders are shipped from New York City. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after you place your order. We hope you can understand that during peak times there may be a slight delay in dispatching your order.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order online to confirm expedited dispatch. We will do our best to accommodate this for you.
Please note, multi-item orders may be shipped from various locations. In this case, you will receive email confirmation and separate tracking numbers for each delivery.
In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing in transit, we will replace or refund the item. However, if the order can be tracked and traced as delivered, P Johnson is not liable for the missing item(s).
UNITED STATES ORDERS
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all United States orders over $200.
Orders under $200 will incur a $10 cost for standard shipping or $20 cost for express shipping. All domestic orders are sent with registered UPS.

PICK UP
The options for collection will only show from Our SoHo location. If your closest store doesn’t appear as a collection option, please choose a shipping method and your order will be sent to you.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up. (Please note, this is when the return window begins) You are welcome to drop in anytime during our opening hours, Tuesday - Saturday.
ONLINE
FULL PRICE ITEMS
We happily accept returns on full priced items purchased online, within 14 days of the order arriving, for a credit voucher or refund. Refunds are only able to be allocated to the same payment method used at point of purchase.
We offer free return shipping if you choose to return for an exchange or credit voucher.
For refunds, return shipping will be at your own expense.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange your item for an alternative size through our online return portal. If you’d like to exchange for a different colour or item, you’ll be issued with a credit voucher which you can use to place your order online. We are unable to hold items for an exchange.
REDUCED ITEMS
Sale / reduced items are final sale and not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS
Customised or monogrammed items are tailored to a customer's specification, making them final sale and not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before returning your purchase:
1. The goods are shipped or returned to any boutique within 14 days of purchase
2. Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.
3. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached, including shoe boxes
and dust bags. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks
until you have decided to keep them.
4. Gift cards cannot be returned.

LIMITED EDITION RELEASES
Please note the separate returns policy for our limited edition releases, including our cap and t shirt drops, antiques and wine releases.
Items purchased from our limited edition releases are final sale and not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty. Due to the volume and nature of the cap & t shirt drops, we are unable to combine separate orders after the order has been placed online. Local pickup on these orders is not available.
P Johnson offers a curated range of antique and secondhand products for sale in our showrooms and online. All sales are considered final due to the unique nature of these treasures, showcasing their charm and character through signs of wear.

3. Choose to exchange, receive a credit voucher or refund
4. Ship your return and track its progress
Please note: Postal services can take up to 7 business days to return your parcel. At the point of processing we will confirm its arrival, and your return will be processed. We appreciate your patience.
